Rules for Paid Services of Social Spot

These Service Rules define the procedure for activating, using, renewing, canceling, and paying for paid features of the Social Spot service available at https://social-spot.kz, in the mobile application, and through related software interfaces.

Social Spot is operated by Tsifrovye Servisy, TOO, Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavlodar region, Pavlodar, Kairbaeva street, 34. For support, the User may contact: support@social-spot.kz.

By using paid features, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these Service Rules, the Social Spot User Agreement, and the Social Spot Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

Service means the Social Spot software and online service intended for dating, communication, finding people, places, groups, and using additional digital features.

Paid Service means an additional feature, subscription, digital item, access right, action package, or other in-service functionality provided to the User for a fee.

Subscription means a Paid Service provided for a specific period and, where indicated at purchase, automatically renewed until canceled by the User.

Payment Provider means the App Store, Google Play, a bank, payment system, CloudPayments, or another authorized partner through which payment is processed.

2. General Terms for Paid Services

  1. Paid Services are provided only to registered Users unless the Service interface expressly provides otherwise.
  2. The scope, duration, price, and availability of Paid Services are shown in the Service interface before payment.
  3. After successful payment, access to the Paid Service is activated automatically or within a reasonable technical period required to confirm the payment.
  4. Paid Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use and may not be transferred to third parties.
  5. If the User violates the User Agreement, safety rules, legal requirements, or rights of other persons, the Service may restrict access to paid features without compensation for the violation period, where permitted by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

  1. A Subscription is activated for the period selected by the User at payment, such as a week, a month, or another period shown in the Service interface.
  2. If auto-renewal is indicated at purchase, the Subscription renews for the next similar period at the end of the paid period, and the renewal fee is charged to the selected payment method.
  3. If payment cannot be charged, access to the Paid Service may be suspended until payment is received or canceled, depending on the rules of the relevant payment system.
  4. Deleting the application, logging out, or deleting a profile does not cancel a Subscription purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or another external Payment Provider. To cancel, the User must complete the cancellation steps in the relevant provider account.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Auto-renewal can be canceled using one of the methods available for the payment method used.

4.1. If the Subscription Was Purchased Through the App Store

  1. Open the settings of your iOS device.
  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select “Subscriptions”.
  4. Find the Social Spot subscription.
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm the action.

4.2. If the Subscription Was Purchased Through Google Play

  1. Open the Google Play application or the Google Play subscriptions page.
  2. Go to “Payments & subscriptions”.
  3. Select “Subscriptions”.
  4. Find the Social Spot subscription.
  5. Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the Google Play instructions.

4.3. If the Subscription Was Paid by Bank Card or Another Payment Provider

  1. Open the payment, subscription, or account settings section in Social Spot, if such section is available in the version of the Service you use.
  2. Select the active Subscription or saved payment method.
  3. Use the available action to cancel auto-renewal, delete the Subscription, or unlink the payment method.
  4. If cancellation is not available in the interface, send a support request to support@social-spot.kz from the email or account linked to your profile.

Please note that the cancellation procedure and processing time may depend on the rules of the App Store, Google Play, a bank, or another Payment Provider. Current instructions should be checked in the interface of the relevant system.

5. Access Period After Cancellation

  1. When auto-renewal is canceled, the already paid Subscription generally remains active until the end of the paid period.
  2. After the paid period ends, access to paid features stops unless the User makes a new payment.
  3. If the User’s account is blocked for violating Service rules, access to paid features may be terminated early to the extent permitted by law and the rules of the payment platform.

6. Refunds

  1. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled according to the rules of the relevant platform. Social Spot does not control Apple’s or Google’s refund decisions.
  2. For payments made by bank card or through another provider, the User may contact support. The request is reviewed taking into account whether the service was provided, technical circumstances, legal requirements, and the Payment Provider’s rules.
  3. If the Paid Service has been provided and used, a refund may be unavailable except where expressly required by applicable law or payment system rules.
  4. Bank fees, payment system fees, and currency exchange differences may be withheld or recalculated according to the rules of the relevant organizations.

7. Changes to Price and Service Scope

  1. Social Spot may change the price, name, scope, duration, and terms of Paid Services.
  2. Changes do not affect an already paid period unless otherwise required by law, payment platform rules, or the technical nature of the service.
  3. For new Subscription periods, the price shown in the payment platform or Service interface before the charge applies.

8. Technical Limitations

  1. Availability of paid features may depend on the application version, operating system, region, device settings, internet availability, App Store or Google Play rules, and the technical condition of the Service.
  2. Short technical interruptions, maintenance, failures of external providers, or payment system restrictions are not considered a refusal to provide the service if the Service takes reasonable measures to restore operation.
  3. The User is responsible for keeping the application up to date, ensuring payment details are correct, and maintaining access to their payment platform account.

9. Payment Security

  1. Social Spot does not store full bank card details of Users. Payment data is processed by Payment Providers, banks, and platforms that process payments.
  2. The User must not transfer account data, payment details, confirmation codes, passwords, or other access credentials to third parties.
  3. If the User suspects an unauthorized payment, they should immediately contact their bank, payment platform, and Social Spot support.

11. Changes to These Rules

  1. Social Spot may update these Service Rules due to changes in functionality, payment methods, legal requirements, platform rules, or Payment Provider terms.
  2. The current version of these Rules is published on the Social Spot website. Continued use of Paid Services after publication of changes means the User agrees to the updated version unless otherwise provided by law.
